2. Keto Iced White Chocolate Mocha

In my quest to recreate Starbucks drinks with a keto twist, I couldn’t resist tackling another beloved menu item: the iced white chocolate mocha. This delightful beverage is known for its creamy texture and indulgent flavors. However, with a staggering 49 grams of carbs per serving, it’s far from being keto-friendly. But fear not, I have a recipe that cuts down the carbs while still delivering the deliciousness you crave.

While I no longer indulge in sugary coffee drinks regularly, I decided to take a sip of the original iced white chocolate mocha from Starbucks for comparison’s sake. The Starbucks version boasts 420 calories and a hefty 50 grams of carbs per serving. Now, let’s get down to business and recreate this delectable treat with a keto-friendly twist.

For my homemade keto iced white chocolate mocha, I’ll be using sugar-free white chocolate chips, almond milk, espresso, and a few other key ingredients. Don’t worry, I’ll provide all the details and measurements you need to whip up this delightful beverage. Once prepared, I’ll compare it side by side with the Starbucks version and evaluate the flavors and overall satisfaction.

Before we jump into the recipe, let’s take a moment to address the cost of vanilla beans. We understand the frustration of their high prices and have found a solution. Freeze-dried vanilla beans, available on Amazon, offer a budget-friendly alternative that will last you a long time. Simply freeze them, and you’ll have a supply of vanilla goodness at your disposal.

Are you ready to enjoy a keto-friendly version of the iced white chocolate mocha? Grab your ingredients and let’s embark on this flavorful adventure. We’ll guide you through each step, ensuring you create a satisfying beverage that won’t derail your keto goals. Get ready to indulge guilt-free in this heavenly treat!

Ingredients:

  • 2 shots of espresso or 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar-free white chocolate syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar-free vanilla syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
  • Sugar-free white chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Brew 2 shots of espresso or make 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee and let it cool.
  2. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  3. In a separate container, combine the unsweetened almond milk, sugar-free white chocolate syrup, and sugar-free vanilla syrup. Stir well to ensure the syrups are fully mixed into the milk.
  4. Pour the prepared espresso or brewed coffee into the glass with ice cubes.
  5. Slowly pour the milk mixture over the ice and coffee, allowing it to blend together.
  6. Stir gently to combine all the flavors.
  7. Optional: Top your Iced White Mocha with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle sugar-free white chocolate shavings on top for an extra touch of indulgence.
  8. Grab a straw and enjoy your refreshing and keto-friendly Iced White Mocha!

Note: Feel free to adjust the amount of syrup and milk to suit your taste preferences. If you prefer a stronger white chocolate flavor, you can add an additional tablespoon of sugar-free white chocolate syrup. 3. Keto Iced Cinnamon Roll Frappucino

Get ready to satisfy your cravings with my keto version of a popular item from Starbucks’ secret menu: the Cinnamon Roll Frappuccino. This delectable treat has garnered a passionate following among Starbucks enthusiasts, thanks to its irresistible combination of flavors. However, with a staggering 53 grams of carbs per serving, it’s far from being keto-friendly. But fear not, I’m here to show you how to recreate this indulgent drink with a keto twist.

While I have transitioned away from sugary beverages, I couldn’t resist taking a sip of the original Cinnamon Roll Frappuccino from Starbucks. Clocking in at a whopping 53 grams of carbs per serving, it’s a sweet delight that can quickly derail your keto progress. But worry not, as I’m about to reveal a keto-friendly alternative that will satisfy your cravings without compromising your dietary goals.

To make my keto Cinnamon Roll Frappuccino, you’ll need ingredients such as unsweetened vanilla almond milk, heavy whipping cream, stevia, vanilla extract, xanthan gum (optional), and the star of the show: cinnamon dolce skinny syrup. I’ll provide all the necessary measurements and step-by-step instructions to ensure you nail the perfect balance of flavors and achieve that Frappuccino-like consistency.

Once your keto-friendly Cinnamon Roll Frappuccino is ready, we’ll compare it side by side with the Starbucks version, assessing the flavors and overall enjoyment. This way, you can experience the satisfaction of enjoying a delicious treat while keeping your carb intake in check.

But first, let’s address the issue of pricey vanilla beans. I understand the frustration, and I have a budget-friendly solution for you. 4. Keto Iced Oleato Coffee

Hold onto your mugs, because I’m about to tackle a controversial concoction known as the Oleato Coffee. This unique drink has been making waves in the keto community, causing both intrigue and skepticism. If you’re familiar with Bulletproof Coffee, which involves adding butter to your coffee, then you’ll understand the concept behind Oleato Coffee.

For this recipe, you’ll need a few ounces of espresso, a keto-friendly milk substitute (I recommend unsweetened almond milk), and a high-quality olive oil that is intended for culinary use. It’s important to note that not all olive oils are created equal, so be sure to select a premium option that will impart the desired flavor profile.

Now, you might be thinking: olive oil in coffee? That sounds like an unusual combination. I was skeptical too, but decided to give it a try and share my honest opinion. Many people have reported mixed experiences with this drink, with some loving it and others… well, not so much. I’m here to provide you with my take on Oleato Coffee and see if it lives up to the hype.

If you’re feeling adventurous and curious to explore the unique flavors of Oleato Coffee, then join me as I embark on this taste test. I’ll guide you through the process of combining espresso, olive oil, and almond milk to create a beverage that promises to deliver a distinct and complex flavor profile.
